This program is designed for agencies that want to offer high-level automation and CRM services without the overhead of a technical team. We act as your Technical Lead; you handle the Client Management.
Custom Projects: (Workflows, Funnels, Full CRM setups).
Partners receive a 20% discount on our standard custom quotations. You are free to mark up this price to your client as you see fit.
Support Packages: No discounts apply to support.
Hourly Support: Standard rates.
Definition of Work:
- Project: Any new build, adding new WhatsApp flows, or creating new funnels.
- Support: Fixing broken existing triggers or minor troubleshooting.
Split: 50% Upfront (Deposit) | 50% upon Project Delivery.
Liability: The Partner Agency is responsible for payment. We do not chase your end-clients for fees.
Refunds: The 50% deposit is non-refundable unless the project is cancelled by our team.
Scope: This removes all "7Labs" branding from onboarding flows, portals, and assets. Contact us to get a quote for this
Default: Without this fee, our standard branded assets will be used during the technical setup.
Onboarding: The partner must ensure the client completes our onboarding form. A mandatory kickoff meeting is required where both the Partner and the Client must be present.
Primary Contact: All ongoing project communication must flow through the Partner. We do not provide direct support to your clients.
Revisions: Requests must be submitted via our official Custom Request Form.
SLA: Standard turnaround for revisions is 24–48 hours.
Requirement Accuracy: The Partner is responsible for finalizing requirements before the build. New requirements added mid-project will incur additional fees.
Project Pause: If a project is delayed for more than 14 days due to missing info/access from the client or agency, the project will be moved to "Paused" status. Resuming may be subject to a rescheduling fee based on our current pipeline.
The "Sign-off" Rule: A project is officially "Delivered" once the technical build matches the initial agreed-upon requirements.
Final Payment Trigger: The remaining 50% payment is due upon Technical Delivery (once we show the automation/funnel works as per the scope), not when the client "feels" like launching.
The 7-Day Ghosting Rule: If we deliver the work and the Partner or Client does not provide feedback or revision requests within 7 calendar days, the project is automatically marked as Completed. Any work requested after this 7-day window will be billed as a new "Support" or "Custom Request" task.
Revision Limit: Each project includes two rounds of revisions based on the original scope.
The "Batching" Requirement: Partners must collect all client feedback and submit it in a single comprehensive document/form. We will not accept "trickle-down" feedback (one WhatsApp message at a time).
