Terms & Conditions

1. Overview:

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by 7Labs Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “client”).

By engaging our services, submitting onboarding forms, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Work

The scope of work is strictly defined by:

The onboarding / requirement forms submitted by the client

Any written confirmation provided by 7Labs Marketing

Only the items explicitly selected and defined in the form are included.

Any features, automations, integrations, or requests not specified in the submitted form will be considered additional work and quoted separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to:

- Provide accurate and complete information

- Submit all required materials within the requested timeframe

- Respond to queries or approvals promptly

Delays in providing required inputs may result in project delays or rescheduling.

4. Communication Policy

- WhatsApp may be used during the onboarding and setup phase for coordination.

- After project completion, WhatsApp support is not included unless agreed separately

- All revision and change requests must be submitted through the designated forms provided

- Requests sent via WhatsApp, calls, or informal messages will not be considered official requests.

5. Project Delivery

Upon completion of the setup:

A walkthrough video or documentation will be provided

Access to the system will be shared (where applicable)

The client will be notified that the project has been delivered

6. Revision Policy

Revision Windows:

Chatbot (Sarah AI): 14 days from delivery

CRM & Advanced Work: 30 days from delivery

Revisions include:

- Adjustments to existing setup

- Fixes based on the original submitted requirements

Revisions do NOT include:

- New features or workflows

- Additional automations not previously requested

- Major structural changes

- The revision window does not reset after updates or changes.

All revisions must be submitted through the official revision request form.

7. Change Requests

Any request that falls outside the original scope will be treated as a change request, including:

- New workflows or automations

- Additional integrations

- Modifications not included in the original form

These will be quoted and executed separately upon approval.

8. Project Closure

A project is considered completed when:

- The system has been delivered

- The revision window has ended

If no revisions are submitted within the revision window, the project will automatically be marked as completed.

After closure:

- Any further work will be treated as a new request

- Support and modifications will be billed separately

9. Refund Policy

- Setup and service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

- If the client fails to provide required inputs, the project may be paused or rescheduled, but no refunds will be issued

- In rare cases of unresolved issues, 7Labs Marketing may offer adjustments or partial resolutions at its discretion

For recurring services (if applicable):

- Clients may cancel future billing

- No refunds will be issued for completed billing periods

10. Support

Support is not included unless explicitly agreed.

Any post-delivery:

- Edits

- Updates

- Troubleshooting

- Enhancements

will be treated as separate work.

11.1 CRM & Chatbot Services

11.1 Nature of Service:

7Labs Marketing provides setup and configuration of CRM systems and chatbot automations.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

11.2 Automation & AI Limitations

AI responses and automations may not be 100% accurate

Systems may require manual intervention or oversight

Performance depends on usage, inputs, and external factors

11.3 Platform Dependency

Our systems rely on third-party platforms including (but not limited to):

GoHighLevel

WhatsApp Business API

Meta / Facebook / Instagram

Changes, outages, or limitations from these platforms are outside our control.

11.4 Client Usage Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

Proper use of the system

Managing conversations and leads

Training their internal team

11.5 Setup vs Ongoing Work

Initial setup is a one-time service based on submitted requirements

Any future changes, upgrades, or additions will be treated as new work

12. Limitation of Liability

7Labs Marketing is not liable for:

- Business performance or results

- Loss of leads, revenue, or data

- Platform-related issues or outages

- Misuse or improper use of the system

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement.

Upon termination:

- Any completed work remains payable

- Ongoing work may be paused or cancelled

14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
