Do I need to already have a GoHighLevel account?
No. If you're starting fresh, we'll set up a GHL account as part of the onboarding process. If you already have one, we'll build directly on top of it. Either way, no prior GHL experience is needed on your end.
What's the difference between On-Demand and Maintenance?
On-Demand is purely hourly; you pay for the time we spend fixing or editing something specific. Maintenance is a monthly retainer for existing 7Labs clients that gives you ongoing access to the team for edits, troubleshooting, and system guidance without counting hours each time.
What does the Maintenance plan actually cover?
It covers workflow edits, troubleshooting, system guidance, bug fixes, and minor edits to your existing GHL setup. It does not include building new funnels or new CRM development; those are scoped as Custom Build projects.
How long does a full GHL build take?
Most standard builds go live within 14 days of your strategy call. More complex setups with multiple pipelines, custom integrations, or AI systems may take up to 21 days. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
